Privacy Policy

At Wexoriaq S.A.S. we handle your personal data under the standards required by Law N° 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and by the provisions of the reform bill with a 2025-2026 focus. This document explains, in plain language, which data we process, why and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Which data we process
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email and the content of your message) and the minimum browsing data linked to the cookies described in the Cookie Policy (session identifiers, preferred language and consent state).
3. For which purposes
We use your data to answer enquiries, provide information about the available projects, comply with the applicable legal obligations and — if you agree — improve the operation of the site and measure the performance of campaigns.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your prior consent, the pre-contractual actions you request from us and the legal obligations we must meet as a subject supervised by Argentine financial oversight authorities.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements (hosting, transactional email, analytics), with competent authorities when required by law and, in the case of advertising campaigns, with Google in accordance with the consent granted via Consent Mode v2.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Argentina. In those cases we require standards equivalent to those set by local regulation and we sign contractual clauses that safeguard your rights.
7. Retention periods
We keep the data from the contact form for the time necessary to address your enquiry and up to 24 months after that, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer or you request its earlier deletion.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, updating, erasure or objection to the processing by writing to privacidad@wexoriaq.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority in the Argentine Republic.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls, periodic reviews and internal team training.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new regulations or operational changes. Any modification will be published on this same page indicating the effective date.
